About Hotel Shiny Grand

Hotel Shiny Grand is a 3-star hotel at Shyam Nagar, VIP Road, Borjhar, on the airport side of Guwahati. LGBI Airport is about 1.7 km away, roughly a five minute drive, which is why most of our guests are catching an early flight, landing late, or breaking a journey between the airport and Shillong or Kaziranga.

The hotel has 35 rooms, a banquet hall that seats up to 100 guests, and a chef-led in-house kitchen. Rooms start at ₹2,500 per night, with 5% tax extra. Guests who book direct get free breakfast and one complimentary one-way airport transfer (pickup or drop), either pickup or drop, and can save up to ₹2,500 per stay on direct bookings compared with walk-in rates.

Check-in is from 12:00 and check-out is 11:00. The front desk is staffed 24 hours, because flights here do not keep office hours. Corporate guests from PNB and Bandhan Bank teams have stayed with us for meetings in Guwahati, and the banquet hall hosts weddings, receptions and birthday events.

We are an independent hotel, not part of a chain. That means the person you speak to on WhatsApp is the person who arranges your transfer, and the kitchen can adjust a meal for a guest who has to leave at 4 AM.
