Banquet Hall With Rooms — One Booking for the Whole Wedding Party
The question every host asks first: "where will our guests stay?" Here, the answer is the same address. Hotel Shiny Grand pairs its 100-guest banquet hall with 35 rooms on the same campus, so the wedding party, baraat and outstation relatives walk to their beds instead of driving across Guwahati at midnight.
✓ Room + banquet bundles — book the hall and block rooms in one quote
✓ Free breakfast for staying guests; late check-out on request for the wedding morning
✓ Baraat and guest parking on-site — free, inside the gate
✓ Airport pickup and drop for outstation guests (both ways, pre-booked)
Typical bundles: engagement (day event + 10 rooms), wedding reception (evening + 25 rooms), corporate two-day training (hall + 15 rooms + all meals). Ask on WhatsApp for your exact mix.
Enquiries are free — no payment is needed to ask a question or check availability on WhatsApp or by phone. To confirm your booking, we take a small token amount — no card needed; the balance is paid at the hotel. The advance is collected after you finalise your menu and layout.
